As an Associate Director, I was responsible for the script and screenplay review, making of production breakdown; shot division, ground and movement plan for some scene. Rehearsal on set. Also I was responsible for co-ordination with cinematographer, costume designer, Action deptt, Art director and other team member for the best output and smooth and uninterrupted operation.
As an Associate Production Manager, I was responsible for Budget Preparation, Location scouting, finding and hiring crew both nationally and internationally; managing/scheduling technical aspects of production; creating/managing budgets; renting required equipment as necessary both locally and on location;
Negotiating crew and equipment rates and supervising a Production Coordinator and Office Production. Also I was responsible for the budgetary control and making of monthly financial reports with the profit/loss statement due to delay/other reason in proje
